**Job Summary**

Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work with our Emerson Actuation Technologies Global Project Pursuit Team. This role will lead Global Project Pursuit for the Actuation Proposals Team. You will be working along with Global Project Pursuit Leaders of the respective Regions and Outside Sales Organization on meeting customer requirements and be part of larger Europe Actuation Technologies organization.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Work closely with Global Project Pursuit Leaders & Outside Sales to understand and prioritize the projects which are close to order.
+ Set PMP for the individuals in the team & Do Performance Review and give feedback and coach for improvement.
