Job Responsibilities Editing & Technical Mastery (50%) - Edit and produce elevated, compelling content that resonates across diverse audiences and platforms.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, with strong awareness of contemporary editing styles and narrative techniques.
- Apply advanced knowledge in encoding, colour space, transcoding, and video compression to ensure output quality across formats and channels.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, AI tools, plugins, and workflow enhancements to future‑proof operations.
Leadership (20%) - Lead, manage, and refine the full postproduction pipeline to ensure deliverables meet creative, operational, and budget expectations.
