Job Responsibilities - Fulfilling customer spare parts orders and help to improve the current system performance, aiming to increase productivity.
- Guide the Admin Team in processing orders in SAP including developing Process documentations
- System optimization targeting to increase productivity with existing SAP system and upcoming Dealer Management System
- Push for Sales by working on promotions and bulk purchases. Close collaboration with Service team.
- Freight cost optimization by optimizing supply chain and negotiations with forwarders
- Coordinate and working closely with the Warehouse team including the coordination of Quarterly and Annual Stock Take

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
