Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager of People Operation s, you will be the go-to partner for everything that keeps our store teams supported, informed, and set up for success. You will coordinate talent processes, help guide employee and new hire experiences, and support people managers as they coach, develop, and grow their teams. You will also partner closely with the Store Manager and Talent Business Partner to maintain accurate people records, support performance processes, and create an engaging, inclusive environment for our frontline associates.
