Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent; basic R425 qualification (Diploma/Degree in Nursing) allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• At least 8 years of appropriate nursing experience post-registration, with a minimum of 3 years in an IPC Coordinator or comparable management role.
• Advanced knowledge of IPC programmes, HR, project, financial management, report writing, time management, strategic and operational planning, SOP development, teaching, and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, manage under pressure, conduct research, foster collaboration, motivate and manage staff.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
