This role requires regular travel and site visits, as a significant portion of the work involves inspecting properties across various locations. The position offers strong exposure to property valuation, financial modeling, market analysis, and report preparation. The successful candidate will support senior valuers in delivering accurate and timely valuation insights for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Site visits and inspection to conduct property inspections, assess physical condition, evaluate surroundings, and gather on-ground data.
• Observe construction quality, neighborhood attributes, access routes, property usage, and local market conditions.
