You will lead and manage the Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure your assigned JTC's industrial properties and estates are safe, well‑maintained and conducive for our lessees or tenants. You will drive the adoption of technology and artificial intelligence, promote sustainability initiatives, smart FM and transform the future of facilities management practices. You will work closely with our Cluster Group to engage, manage and resolve customer feedback with the support from the FMC.
