  • Process and manage incoming domestic and international orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and custom paperwork.
  • Take full ownership of the relationship with Logistic Warehouse Service Provider, ensuring accountability, communication and timely fulfilment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations and regulatory teams to ensure order execution and compliance.
  • Track end-to-end shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
  • Ensure all shipment comply with country-specific regulations and configurations.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality audits.
  • Lead stock take and audits activities upon request.
