Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager- Learning Operations oversees a team of paraprofessionals responsible for the execution and administration of key talent related activities. This role optimizes Learning Operations and COE performance by designing effective workflows. The supervisor partners closely with relevant internal stakeholders, and vendors as applicable, to ensure operational strategy processes remain efficient and productive

Lead and manage the Learning Operations production team, providing training and supervision to ensure successful outcomes and overseeing team members' execution of daily tasks and deliverables. Provide guidance and support to team members on their various day-to-day activities.
