Job Overview
The candidate will assist the Human Resources Director in developing and delivering the Group's HR services that help the Company in attracting, retaining and developing talent. He/she will also be responsible for providing HR advisory and support to the assigned business units.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR Partnering Partner and support Heads of Department ('HODs') and line managers in a full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation, and performance appraisals as well as learning and development. Work closely with HODs on people management plans, including headcount planning, or organizational and team structure plans, for internal staff to meet business objectives.
