About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven HR Business Partner to join our People Team. You will be the architect of our Employee Experience and the driver behind our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) framework. • Engagement Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar (Quarterly & Annual) that aligns with company values.
