Job Description
Assist in managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet luxury hotel standards.
Supervise and guide housekeeping associates, room attendants, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and high productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards.
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments to ensure seamless guest service and room readiness.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen control, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment while controlling departmental costs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and housekeeping SOPs.
