Key Accountabilities:
Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register; handle capitalization, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets; report project overruns.
Process vendor payments and assist in payment runs and issue resolution.
Prepare financial schedules, related party transactions, and support statutory reporting.
Record Workers Profit Participation Fund entries.
Manage insurance of assets and stock; support audit documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit standards.
Assist in secretarial tasks and corporate governance compliance.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
ACCA Affiliate (Females are encouraged to apply)
2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills
