for an Assistant Manager, Festive Operations to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of seasonal retail campaigns, including planning, launch, and post-campaign review

  • Coordinate timelines across departments (Culinary, Pastry, Marketing, Procurement) to ensure all milestones are met

  • Track campaign progress, ensuring readiness of products, marketing materials, and stock availability

  • Oversee daily operations of festive retail outlets, pop-ups, and booths, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service

  • Manage order processing, payment handling, and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of retail and bulk orders

  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support demand forecasting to minimise wastage and stockouts

  • Coordinate logistics for packing, storage, and delivery while maintaining operational efficiency
