Assists with efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Assists the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and ensuring the financial success of the outlet.
Ensures team members complete their online trainings, are familiar with World Of Hyatt the loyalty program, have a proper upselling program in place, conduct frequent audits to assess team performance, provide good knowledge and ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Also trains and develops the team with new ideas and methods.
