You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E & Building Systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and BMS.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and energy usage.
Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot faults, and respond to tenant feedback with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage maintenance contracts, procurement processes, and vendor performance in compliance with technical and safety standards.
Support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), upgrading works, and equipment lifecycle replacement.
Review and manage tenant fit-out and renovation works, including technical submissions and testing & commissioning.
