Responsible for overseeing the M&E aspects of the assigned properties including the efficient and orderly running of the engineering office, workshop and all M&E plant rooms.
Lead a team of engineering staff to attain the highest level of operational efficiency and service delivery.

Review all M&E maintenance contracts, agreements and insurance policies.
Carry out systematic inspection and audit of the property M&E plants and premises.
