Approve bank guarantees, cheque management, extension, replacement, withdrawal in SharePoint. Oversee customer blocking and unblocking based on customers bounced cheques in SharePoint SAP systems.

Compliance: Apply and share Al Etihad Credit Bureau and D.B. credit reports with the entities for evaluating customer creditworthiness. Perform World-Check compliance screening for new and existing customers in Refinitiv system. Monitor customer exposure and recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms. Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and controls.
