Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the corporate segment, ensuring both the retention of existing accounts and the acquisition of new ones.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, continuously exploring new business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure all corporate clients’ needs and expectations are fully met.
Actively engage in sales initiatives to drive revenue and expand the corporate client base — including sales calls, client visits, site inspections, follow-ups, networking events, and market research.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the hotel’s products, facilities, and services to effectively promote and position them to corporate clients.
