ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Manager position is a deliberate, structured steppingstone toward becoming a Restaurant Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility — you’ll run shifts, develop your team, and work directly with the Restaurant Manager to learn the full scope of store operations.
LEADING THE TEAM
- Arrive on time and set a strong, positive tone for every shift you lead
- Assign team positions, communicate shift priorities, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Coach and develop team members with timely, clear, and constructive feedback
- Motivate crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences with urgency and care
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
