We are launching a new café concept in the heart of Orchard Road, in partnership with Tiffany & Co. and led by Chef Julien Royer.

We are currently seeking Captains and Supervisors.

• Oversee all guest experiences for the restaurant, recognising and welcoming guests.
• Be highly engaging with guests and colleagues on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
• Engage with guests in conversation to build a strong rapport between themselves and the restaurant.
• Takes ownership—effective in dealing with guests’ accidents, incidents, complaints and preferences.
• Involved in daily restaurant operations; ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards.
