OVERALL ROLE
Serves as the primary backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports the reliable operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment through hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and leadership support. This role is intended for a maintenance professional seeking growth into leadership while remaining technically hands-on.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor during absences and assist with day-to-day leadership of the maintenance team
