Assistant Maintenance Manager – International

Pestana Hotel Group is recruiting an Assistant Maintenance Manager for the international area, based in Lisbon, to work closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager in supporting and monitoring hotel maintenance operations across international units.
Main responsibilities:
Support the Regional Maintenance Manager in the technical and operational follow-up of international units.Supervise maintenance works and interventions, ensuring compliance with the defined standards.Monitor suppliers and service providers.Support the identification of technical and operational needs across different units.Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and to the efficiency of infrastructures and equipment.Travel internationally whenever necessary to provide on-site operational support....
