Responsibilities




  • Create and execute the design concept for Commercial/Workplace/Mixed-use projects

  • Co-ordinate with project team in terms of execution of the projects.

  • Handle full set of drawings including concept design

  • Able to design and renders into space environment

  • Assist in the presentation of proposals, tender document

  • Coordinate & liaise with clients, contractors, vendors & project team members



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in Commercial Projects particularly in workplace interiors

  • Fluent in English, and Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design program
