Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities and comply with OE/HES policy, standard and procedure.
• Inventory management: run Sales report in SAP to obtain volume by product, channel and customer; perform meter log reconciliation by comparing meter log records vs SAP report.
• Update FuelFacs on tank gauging reading, temperature, sale, receiving and density.
• Liaise with hauler on daily truck availability / breakdowns / no ullage situation / revised ETA; document all trucking issues – breakdowns, late delivery, customers’ complaints.
• Check and validate the manual claim submitted by hauler – hauler rate, distance, quantity, fuel surcharge.
