Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process from manpower request to new join logistics and induction, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, etc.
Plan and execute Region HR initiatives pertaining to ER / L&D and Compliance
Act as a business partner to line managers in providing HR expertise and advice in resolving the day-to-day HR operations and employee issues
Support the implementation of Headquarters and Regional HR policies and process in local office and ensure all the process are followed through
Act as the local point of contact with local payroll vendors and coordinate with Headquarters C&B when required.
Compile HR reports regularly and upon request
Participate in all HR ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in business studies / human resources management or a related discipline
