Job Overview The candidate will assist the Human Resources Director in developing and delivering the Group’s HR services that help the Company in attracting, retaining and developing talent. He/she will also be responsible for providing HR advisory and support to the assigned business units.
Duties and Responsibilities - Partner and support Heads of Department (HODs) and line managers in a full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation, and performance appraisals as well as learning and development.
- Work closely with HODs on people management plans, including headcount planning, or organizational and team structure plans, for internal staff to meet business objectives.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process for staff from assigned departments.
