Mission: ensure guests enjoy unparalleled privacy and comfort by engaging your team.
Management: onboard new joiners, train and mentor the team, prepare daily schedules and work shifts, and communicate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
Supervision: ensure all cleaning procedures and methods meet company standards, inspect and report any damage or deterioration in rooms and common areas, and supervise the cleaning of rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, preferably in a hotel environment.
Fluency in English.
Hotel Management and Tourism degree would be a plus.
Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high‑paced luxury environment.
