Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to out regular members day pass users and have a keen focus on our in-house guest
Lead day to day operations of the Health Club and ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at all times; if and when maintenance is required to liaise with our ENG Team and AMC contracts to ensure they are back to working order in a timely manner
Promote and organize all fitness programs and activities for in house guest/ members and group guests ensuring they are shared with our Reconnect and Marketing Team on a monthly basis
Ensure guests are provided with proper instruction on the use of equipment and fitness information to secure a safe environment
Maintain all attendance records and ensure they are accurate and guests are registered according to standards
