Responsibilities

- Build and develop a culture of hospitality by motivating team members to provide superior customer service.
- Monitor restaurant atmosphere throughout the day, including music levels, lighting levels, temperature, and tv channels
- Communicate the need for repairs or maintenance to the leadership team
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Remain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurant
- Identify high-potential team members and assisting in developing them for leadership roles (Shift lead, Manager-in-Training)
