The Assistant General Manager is responsible for working closely with the General Manager to support the long-term strategic vision for the Store, as well as the day-to‑day business operations, including coaching and management of the sales teams, driving sales target achievement, delivering top client experience and achieving people and operational excellence through adherence to Company standards, guidelines and policy.

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve annual Store sales targets across all product categories, including Men’s, Women’s, MTM, Leathergoods, Shoes and Accessories.
• Measure and report on Store performance and key KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly to drive sales vs commercial targets.
