Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily business operations and accounting and financial operations..Develop key performance goals and manage the performance of the staff.Create/manage budgets to improve company revenue.Recruit, hire and train staff.Work closely with Account Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance.Generate reports and give presentations.Perform other duties as assigned.
