Job Description

• Assist in the control, distribution and storage of food ingredients/kitchen’s item stocks using FIFO/FEFO.
• Maintain a satisfactory system of stock records for food ingredients/kitchen’s item and the required stock level.
• Responsible for the receiving of all stock and the maintenance of their inventory.
• Liase with F&B Assistant on stock keeping at trayline.
• Liase with clerk for stock replenishment.
• Ensure all related monitoring records are well updated and maintained.
• Ensure that all relevant document and details pertaining to goods received from supplier are prepared and updated accordingly. Report to HOS/superiors immediately of stock discrepancy upon receipt from the supplier.
• Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
• Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
