Assist in the control, distribution and storage of food ingredients/kitchen’s item stocks using FIFO/FEFO.
Maintain a satisfactory system of stock records for food ingredients/kitchen’s item and the required stock level.
Responsible for the receiving of all stock and the maintenance of their inventory.
Liase with F&B Assistant on stock keeping at trayline.
Liase with clerk for stock replenishment.
Ensure all related monitoring records are well updated and maintained.
Ensure that all relevant document and details pertaining to goods received from supplier are prepared and updated accordingly. Report to HOS/superiors immediately of stock discrepancy upon receipt from the supplier.
Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
