The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Director of Finance in managing all aspects of the Finance Department, including financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures the integrity of financial information, assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provides financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. The Assistant Finance Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining accountability, supporting departmental leaders, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently and in line with Hyatt and ownership expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in hospitality or a service industry.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
