Job Purpose:

The Assistant Farm Manager will be working closely with the Farm Manager and be assisting in the day to day managing of a Pig Breeding Unit, ensuring well-being and performance of livestock.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Farm Manager in ensuring the team,

-  Are engaged and focused though two-way communications

-  Understand and are working towards the department targets

-  Build on their skills of through assessment, training and feedback.

• Take charge of other departments on the farm when required.
