We’re searching for an Assistant, Failure Analysis to be part of our FA Lab, PE Department diverse team of talent.

• Provide profiling support for process monitoring and characterization.
• Support physical failure analysis on product yield, WAT/PCM, quality and reliability issues.
• Perform engineering tasks to support Fab operations or failure analysis activities.
• Sample preparation, e.g. x‑sectioning or wafer layer de‑processing for SEM/TEM inspection.
