Job Responsibilities - Verification and Processing of Job creation requests from Sales
- Review job creation requests against contract and internal documents for costing purpose
- Administration of billing requests against sales order for accuracy before processing.
- Creation of project structure and sales order in SAP
- Verify non-PO invoices from operations before creating payment requests in KOFAX
- Perform GL coding for payment requests
- Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company
- Up to $2.6k
Working Hours Period - 2 Years Full Time Contract role (Opportunitities to convert to Permanent or extensions)
