This role oversees event room setups, service delivery, and the maintenance of banquet spaces and equipment. In addition to operational duties, the Assistant Event Services Manager supports the department’s financial success by balancing expenses and monitoring labor controls. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to meet event requirements and create memorable experiences for guests, while also mentoring and training banquet team members to foster individual and departmental growth.
Minimum of two years’ experience in Food & Beverage/Banquet Management required
Experience in hotel/convention industry required
