Key Accountabilities
• Assist in the identification of maintenance requirements, plan maintenance schedules and prepare costs, estimates/budgets for required works
• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of projects and repairs on continuing basis to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with company standards
• Inspect company properties and prepare monthly reports on status of fixed assets
• Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory of fixed assets
• Inspect company properties prior to rentals, prepare adverts and negotiate rental income
• Manage the day-to-day cash fund
• Ensure that all company properties are maintained in a clean environment
Qualification Required & Experience
• Good first degree in Estate Management, Building Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
