Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition, reports status if defective, and recommends solutions.
Implements preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery, including auxiliaries, strictly following hotel standards and manufacturer's recommendations.
Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient engineering service while following standard procedures for guests.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree, licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission (advantage).
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel (asset).
Strong leadership skills and technical strategy in engineering, hotel equipment and MEPFS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
