Roles & Responsibilities Maintenance Support to Fleet Owners/PTOs for the eBuses/Truck:
- To attend on-site depot field services together with technician
- Coordinate with customers to attend vehicle breakdown
- Provide engineering and technology support to customers
- Identifying and solving electrical and mechanical problems that may arise in electric vehicle systems.
- Update customers on vehicle repair status
- Cost analysis and component replacement trends
- Recommend critical spare parts for stock up to Warehouse Executive
- Update vehicle maintenance & repair history records
- Documenting and presenting design, simulation, and test results to stakeholders and team members.
Customer Relation Management - Maintain good working relationship with all fleet customers
- Attend monthly meetings with customers and authority to address outstanding issues
