Position Summary

The Assistant eCommerce Operations Manager drives the commercial performance and day‑to‑day operational excellence of Nespresso’s B2C/B2B eCommerce platforms and Marketplace Official Stores. This role identifies growth opportunities, ensures flawless campaign execution, and enhances customer experience to achieve key KPIs including revenue, conversion, and new member acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily eCommerce operations across B2C, B2B, mobile app, and Marketplace stores to ensure a seamless, conversion‑optimized customer journey and consistent brand experience.
• Monitor site and revenue performance using GA4 and Power BI, acting quickly on issues across traffic, funnel metrics, bounce rates, and daily sales vs. targets.
