What the role is: You will be part of MND’s Finance team and play an important role in providing procurement and revenue contracting advisory, and support to HQ Divisions within the Ministry.
You will also be required to liaise with MND’s Statutory Boards and Central Agencies on procurement and revenue contracting related matters.
What you will be working on: - Procurement Transformation & Strategy:
- Undertake review of internal procurement and revenue contracting policies and develop appropriate approaches, based on best practices, to achieve effective and efficient procurement and revenue contracting strategies.
- Lead and support the transformation of the Ministry’s procurement and revenue contracting processes, policies and systems. This includes using data driven analytics to support the areas of transformation and coming up with frameworks to balance efficiency and governance/controls.
