You will lead a team to contribute in the development of manpower strategies to attract, recruit, manage and retain quality people in the organisation.
You will lead a team in the development, review and implementation of remuneration related policies, frameworks and processes, as well as be involved in the conduct of salary review and starting salaries review to ensure salary competitiveness. You will also support the development, review and implementation of other manpower policies, guidelines and strategies to ensure that we continue to remain competitive and attractive.
You should have a tertiary education, preferably with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience and 2 years of management experience. You should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, and be a good team player.
