Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Peer Education, the Assistant Director plays a key role in the administration, growth, and continued success of the university's nationally recognized Peer Catalyst Program. This innovative initiative embeds trained peer educators within active-learning classrooms to support student achievement, foster belonging, and strengthen academic engagement.
