Assistant Director of Care – RPN

Full Time – Temporary (6–8 months)

Focused primarily on Enhanced Care.

Includes Every Other Weekend (75 hours biweekly, typically day time or as needed).

This role supports the Director of Care in providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are looking for an ADOC who is committed and compassionate about seniors, with prior leadership experience. Successful applicant will have the ability to advocate for residents, be organized and efficient, and able to navigate challenging conversations.

On a regular basis, you will assist the Director of Care:

• Complete Resident Care Plans
• Complete Assessment requirements for Falls Prevention Program, medication administration, heat risk and behavioral management
• Participate in Care Conferences and be part of the Multidisciplinary team
