About the Position

The Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) – Quality and Clinical Education is a non-union leadership position reporting directly to the Director of Care. The role supports the delivery of safe, high‑quality resident care through clinical leadership, quality improvement oversight, and coordination of clinical education within a unionized Long-Term Care environment.
