The Assistant Director of Enrollment & Recruitment supports the School of Architecture's strategic enrollment goals by managing undergraduate and graduate recruitment initiatives and leading the planning and execution of high-impact admissions, enrollment, engagement, and special events. This role blends enrollment management, recruitment strategy, and event operations, with a strong focus on portfolio-based admissions, prospective student engagement, and events that reflect the culture and mission of a professional design school.

The Assistant Director works collaboratively with school leadership, faculty, central enrollment offices, communications, advancement, and external partners to strengthen the School's undergraduate and graduate enrollment pipeline and deliver exceptional recruitment and special event experiences.

This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
