About the Role

As an Assistant Designer, you will support Design Leaders in the developement of handbag collections across Kohl's proprietary brands. This role offers exposure to the full product creation process, from trend research and concept development through sample execution, which aligns with brand positioning and target customers.


What You’ll Do
+ Build, create and maintain tech packs to scale, trim sheets and design packages
+ Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management
+ Assist in meeting preparation and breakdown, including room setup, samples, reports and creating boards and line sheets
+ Gather and analyze market and trend research
+ Ensure understanding of the supported brand, foster innovation and remain updated on the competition
+ Complete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process
+ Additional tasks may be assigned
