Overview

The Delivery Assistant will provide assistance to the driver to unload truck and properly distribute product to various locations. Responsibilities

Unloads cargo and delivers via a two-wheeler hand truck and/or pallet jack in a safe manner into store locations.

Ensures the cleanliness and presentation of the interior of the truck cab, as well as the removal of delivery-related trash at the store and production kitchen (i.e., shrink wrap, cardboard, crates and pallets).

Serves as the face of NDCP and the main point of contact between the distribution center and the customer.

Qualifications

Position requires heavy lifting which may also include transporting the product up or down stairs

Ability to interact well with all employees and external customers

Prior warehouse experience preferred

Prior Food/beverage/dairy warehouse experience preferred
